How do I view and/or schedule your services?
Simply click on the “Book” tab at the top or bottom of the webpage, or the big pink buttons on the Home and Contact pages. Another window will open, and after filling out a few bits of information about the listing, you can then view and schedule services. Flying Fish uses “RelaHQ” for scheduling and delivery. After placeing an order, you will recieve an e-mail with a link to view to the deliverables.
When will I recieve the deliverables after a shoot?
Deliverables will typically be ready by the next day.
How do I download your deliverables?
When the shoot is finished and the editing complete, the deliverables will be uploaded, and you will recieve an e-mail with a link to an invoice. After payment, you will be able to download everything. There will also be a link to the deliverables page in the order confirmation e-mail.
